Earliest check-in time is 3:00pm, and latest check out time is 11:00am. Any earlier check in or later check out without prior permission will be subject to a $50 fee.

If any items are left behind please contact us immediately and we can arrange for you to pick it up if our house cleaner is still available. Otherwise, cost to ship items will include a $15 fee plus estimated shipping costs. We will provide an estimate of costs to be paid before shipping. After shipping, we will refund the reminder!

We have two cameras - 1 at the front door and 1 at the back door. These are for security. There are no cameras inside the house.

TV has Chromecast to cast from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Just make sure you’re on the house wifi before trying to connect!

Hair dryer, bandages, and extra toilet paper are in the cupboard above the toilet in the bathroom.

If you are feeling warm/chilly, the Nest control is found on the right of the door into the hallway.

Please dispose anything other than toilet paper in the waste basket. Flushable wipes must also be disposed in waste basket.

Garbage is under the kitchen sink. Please, no solids down the sink - there is no garbage disposal so any solids will clog the drain!

Checking out:

• Clean any dishes, cups, utensils you’ve used

• Leave used beds unmade

• Leave used towels hanging in the bathroom

• Throw out used coffee filters into kitchen trash

• Throw out any perishable food into kitchen trash

• Dispose kitchen trash bag in the brown garbage bin outside on the curb

• Dispose any used firewood in the brown garbage bin outside on the curb

• Turn off all lights and appliances

• Close and lock all windows and doors (lock the back door from inside, press Schlage logo to lock front door)
